Barry's Driver Training is owned by Barry Kenward, who is a DVSA approved driving instructor based in Portchester, Fareham. Hampshire..

We obtain information about you when you use our website, when you contact us by email, telephone or by completing our registration forms. We also collect your details when you buy services from us.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, age, driving Licence details; IP address, and information regarding potential medical conditions that may affect your ability to drive and to enable the instructor to take care of you should you become ill during a lesson.

We will not sell or share your information to third parties other than the DVSA for test booking purposes, who have an individual responsibility to keep your data secure;

In the event we are required to provide information by "Court Order" we will only provide information as directed by that Court Order;

We may transfer your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of some or all of our business in order to enforce or apply our terms of business. However, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

We have to protect the privacy of children under  the age of 18. Therefore, if you are aged 17 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information.  In any event, if you are under 18 yrs of age, you will need a parent or guardian to counter sign any contract you make with us.

Transferring your information outside of Europe

Barry's Driver Training does not transfer any personal date outside of the UK, nor does it store any data / information on its web site other than any correspondence you may send to us for publishing in / on our recommendations page.
